So yeah. The Dark Knight was AMAZING. I know that word gets thrown around a lot but the movie was COMPLETELY AMAZING. It blew Iron Man and Batman Begins out of the water (which were my two favorite super hero movies until 4:30am this morning when I stepped out of the theatre)

They did a spectacular job with the pacing, tension, and characters. What's more they were able to retain the traditional formula of having the plot focus around the villains and the conflicts they created rather than just Batman.

I was shaking when I walked out of that theatre and it was all thanks to amazing villains like Harvey Dent and the Joker. Words cannot express how true to character these two were! The reminder of Heath Ledger's death leaves a very bittersweet taste in my mouth.

Heath Ledger WAS the Joker, and this is my ode to him. Mind you it's a VERY quick piece so the pose and perspective are really bad >>

I completely agree with what you said. The only change I could think of was for them to save Two-Face for the third movie.

The movie was FREAKING AWESOME in my opinion...I didnt notice that much blood in it which I think worked well instead of Violence they just had DARK THEMES...very dark....

Its sad to think heath wont be the Joker for the next one...I hope the Joker is in the next one but cant imagine anyone other than Heath Ledger T_T

Love the Pic ^^

They did, and he is going to be the main villain in the third movie :)

Two face didn't die in the end, simply knocked out. However, for the sake of his reputation, they told everyone that Harvey Dent was dead (which he was in a sense). But yeah, seeing as Heath can't come back as the Joker, Two Face will be the main villain to end the trilogy :)

No there wasn't much blood in the movie (which is awesome because it shows just how easily it screwed with all of our heads). The blood in this piece is more symbolic actually of all the death and havoc caused by the Joker.

The Joker will not be in the next one sadly. They went back and wrote him out after Heath's death. Originally the movie was going to start with the Joker's trial and him being sent off to Arkum, but not anymore :(

I can't wait to see this movie, and can't wait to see Heath! I haven't heard one person say he wasn't great in this movie :D Wish we could have seen more of him, he was a brilliant actor...

And I like the picture a lot, it almost looks like the blood got splattered onto my computer screen ;) And the Joker looks pretty good back there :)

Yeah! That's exactly the effect I was going for with the blood splatter! :D

And yes, Heath was simply spectacular! I swear he better get an Oscar this year because this movie made him probably one of the best actors of all time in my eyes! :)
